• J.Moore, University of Melbourne has published "BHASKARAN NAIR ANALYSIS" in his text book "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF FOUNDATIONS FOR VIBRATIONS", having wide international circulation and acceptance.
• Examiner & Chairman for universities of madras, Annamalai, Calicut, MG & Kerala university
• Coordinator of ISTE short term school on "ANALYSIS AND BEHAVIOUR OF SYSTEM ELEMENTS IN BUILDING ENVIRONMENT", meant for the teachers of Engineering Colleges in the country.
• Took initiative in setting up the infrastructure facilities of the NSS College of Engineering since its inception in 1960, including the design and supervision of all college buildings and hostels. mainly responsible for setting up all the laboratories of Civil Engineering Department.
• Took the key role in setiing up the Bio-Medical instrumentation(P.G. course) Department of the M.G. University since its starting in 1996.
• Fully responsible for setting up the entire infrastructure facilities of the mount Zion College of Engineering since its AICTE sanction in March 2001, which includes the planning, design and construction of all buildings.
• Incharge of the overall supervision of the activities of the Mount Zion College of Engineering, kadammanitta.
